Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
  • The item is unused and unworn.
  • The original product tags are still attached.
  • The return request is made within seven days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Provide your order number, the reason for return, and photos if the item is
    damaged or defective.

  • Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or product? Contact our customer service team to request an exchange authorization. Once your return is received, we’ll ship out your replacement item promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, returns are not accepted for:
  • Items without original product tags.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Final sale items.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.
